OUR PROJECTS & FUTURE PERSPECTIVE
In cooperation with our potential patners & sponsors, The Community Rangers Association of Congo ''CAF RDC asbl'' plans to execute the following projects in and around Congolese conserved areas:
1. Support in Uniforms and Field equipment for Rangers of the Tayna Natural Reserve)
2. Support in Patrol Ration for Rangers/Tayna Natural Reserve
3. Construction / Rehabilitation of Patrol Stations for Rangers/Tayna Natural Reserve
4. Construction / Rehabilitation of schools and health structures around Community Reserves/Tayna Natural Reserve and Kisimba-Ikobo Primates Reserve
5. Extend its reach by collaborating with other community reserves, National Parks and local environmental associations in the region.
6. Installation of an environmental Radio station around Tayna Natural Reserve as part of the mass media.
7. Get 2 school buses for educational visits by schoolchildren, pupils and students to tourist different sites
8. Community reforestation projects, agriculture, livestock farming in communities bordering around Virunga National Park and Tayna Natural reserve.
9. Gorilla Monitoring Project in Tayna Natural Reserve, Luviru Natural Reserve and Maiko National Park
10. Promotion of the Junior Ranger Program around Tayna Natural Reserve and Virunga National Park.
11. Support to Widows and Orphans of Rangers as part of Fallen Rangers
12. Rehabilitation of human habitat in villages surrounding Tayna Natural Reserve ( RNT)
